Owner: Public Works Center, MCAS Cherry Point

Description: Liberty Engineering provided structural engineering design services to outfit an existing culvert headwall with manual spill gates. The spill gates can be closed to protect the downstream area from contamination due to an oil, fuel, or chemical spill on the airfield.
